MABYMA is an independent jewelry studio based in Barcelona, creating jewelry for people who think too much — and sometimes struggle because of it.

I can't design without meaning. "It's pretty" has never been enough for me. I need to understand why a colour, a shape, a stone, or a composition makes us feel the way they do.

Before studying jewelry design, I studied psychology. Today, MABYMA is where these two disciplines meet.

If someone still wears one of my pieces years from now, I'll feel I've done my job.
