SHIPPING & RETURNS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The item will be shipped out within 2-3 weeks depending on which product you have purchased. The shipping period may vary, as all jewellery is made by hand in our workshop in Barcelona. Each piece is custom-made for the customer after the order has been placed. If you need your piece urgently, please contact us before you make an order to check the date by which you will be able to receive your purchase. Every effort will be made to have your piece shipped to you on time.
- International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
- All international orders will be shipped by Correos or UPS. An e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
- You may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery.
- Make sure that you enter the correct mailing address. Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- Please note: the prices stated on the website include the sales tax. In the case the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Spain and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round- trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

USA: Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) - 60€
Japan: Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) - 60 €
South Korea: Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) - 60€

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All items of MA BY MA are handmade. You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind as each item is made-to-order according to the customer’s specifications or preference, including size and colour, once the order is placed. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policies:
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURNABLE ITEMS
All jewelry pieces available in the online shop www.mabyma.com in a standard size and stone range mentioned in the description for each item.
- Return Period: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. The day your order is delivered to you is counted as day one.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items, using a tracked shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable. Customs duties, if applicable, are also non-refundable and vary by country.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card, valid for one year from the date of issue.
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate Return: Email us jeweller@mabyma.com with your order number and pictures of the jewelry and packaging.
- Confirmation: Await our confirmation and further instructions.
- Prepare the Package: Once your return is accepted, prepare the package and send it with a shipping provider of your choice using a tracked shipping method within 7 days. Returns cannot be accepted after this period. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging for an return to be processed.
- Proof of Return: Email us jeweller@mabyma.com the proof of return shipping with a tracking number.
AFTER 7 DAYS
No Returns: Returns will not be accepted after 7 days. For specific details, please email us jeweller@mabyma.com directly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, email us jeweller@mabyma.com immediately within 24 hours via email. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 7-14 working days.
DAMAGED OR QUALITY ISSUES
- Reporting Issues: If your jewelry is damaged due to quality or craftsmanship issues, email us jeweller@mabyma.com within 24 hours after receipt. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (it may differ depending on your region).
- Once we receive the returned parcel, a quality inspection will be performed to ensure you get your exchanged item as quickly as possible.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued in these cases, only an exchange for the correct item.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Cancellations and Refunds: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds to your original payment method are not accepted.
- Packaging Deduction: If the original packaging is missing, a deduction will be applied to your reimbursement: €8.
- Right to Refuse: MA BY MA Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product and packaging are not in their original condition.
Please note that the items are your responsibility until they arrive at the workshop.
